This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Controller to join our team at Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving category growth and securing long-term engagement with customers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial experience and a deep understanding of market trends, shopper behavior, and customer needs. They will be able to develop and implement strategies to drive category growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing long-term category plans to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Combining market, shopper, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and execute them through effective category leadership initiatives.
- Ensuring Arla's growth plans and initiatives are converted into brilliant execution that drives growth, positively impacts shopper behaviors, and continues to build our dairy credentials within the industry.
- Building strong customer relationships and fostering collaboration.
- Maintaining a high-performance mindset and striving for excellence in all aspects of the job.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the dairy industry.
- Proven track record of driving category growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
