Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Monty Mobile. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our eSIM services by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leverage market research and industry insights to develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet our business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Generate new leads and identify potential clients by attending industry events and collaborating with marketing teams.
  • Create and deliver customized presentations to clients to educate them on new products and services offered by Monty Mobile.
  • Identify and resolve client issues and concerns, escalating matters to management when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Strong background in customer service, preferably in a SaaS application.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and dynamic work environment.
