Hubstaff is seeking a skilled Global Marketing Strategist to lead and execute marketing strategy to drive engagement and revenue in a fully remote position. This role involves collaborating with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote or global company. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Hubstaff's products and services. This includes managing and overseeing digital marketing efforts, analyzing market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media. They will also be able to analyze data and create actionable insights to improve marketing performance. Experience in budget management and maximizing ROI from marketing activities is essential. Additionally, knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Hubstaff's products and services.
  • Manage and oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on analytics and KPIs.
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and a strong return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote or global company.
