Job Overview

The HAC is a unique event venue located in a five-acre garden in London. Our historic Georgian house offers a variety of event spaces for conferences, meetings, awards dinners, parties, and wedding ceremonies.

We are seeking a skilled Operations Assistant to support our Operations Team in setting up for a wide range of events across our estate. The ideal candidate will provide first-class customer service and client support while ensuring our guests feel welcome in a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations Team in setting up events across the estate
  • Provide exceptional customer service and client support
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests
  • Assist with event logistics and coordination
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Operations Management and Event Planning skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Experience in event logistics and coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or events industry is preferred
