About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Coordinator to join our team at Aeo Connect. As an Event Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our events, from setup to teardown.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event logistics are in place, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Manage event schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful event execution.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain event documentation, including event plans, timelines, and checklists.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
  • Assist with event marketing and promotion efforts, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure event spaces are set up and ready for events.
  • Manage event inventory, including supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve event efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the event team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or a related field.
