The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Event Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our events and conferences, including logistical planning, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, sponsors, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage event logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with the event team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of event materials and collateral.
  • Provide technical support for events, including audio-visual equipment and internet connectivity.
  • Assist in the evaluation and improvement of event processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly numerate and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
