">About the Job
">We are seeking 3 x 37 hour Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with tenants who require support with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Deliver person-centred care and support services">
- Provide daily support to tenants, including personal care and medication administration">
- Assist with household management, such as cleaning and food shopping">
- Promote tenant integration and inclusion into the community">
- Empower tenants to lead fulfilling lives">
- Treat tenants with dignity and respect">
- Be enthusiastic and flexible">
