Job Description
We are seeking a Care and Support Specialist to join our friendly and supportive team in Handforth. The role includes providing daily support to tenants, promoting their integration and inclusion into the community, and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. Key responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, household management, and social interaction. You will work a rota shift pattern between 8am and 10pm, including alternate weekend working and bank holidays. The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £28,500 per annum.

Benefits
You will receive comprehensive sickness and absence support, full induction and training provided, membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme, 33 days' leave entitlement rising to 38 days after 5 years' service, funded DBS, and career development opportunities.
