Personal Care Specialist

Carefound Home Care is a dynamic and caring organization that provides home care services in Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Cheadle, Knutsford, Macclesfield and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking Care Assistants to join our team and deliver high-quality care to our clients.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, enabling them to live comfortably in their own homes. You will need to be warm, patient, and compassionate, with a positive 'can do' attitude. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £13.60 to £15.20 per hour, including paid travel time, and 45p per mile mileage allowance.
Our benefits package includes flexible or guaranteed hours contract, above industry average pay, double time on bank holidays and other designated holiday days, and instant access to your pay instead of waiting for payday. We also offer full in-house induction training, funded DBS checks, and a free employee assistance programme.
