Care Team Leader Nights Specialist

The Role:
  • As a seasoned leader, you will oversee your shift, ensuring seamless care delivery and maintaining exceptional resident outcomes.
  • With strong case management skills, you will collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop personalized care plans that meet individual needs.
  • You will administer medication safely and accurately, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards, then devise strategies to mitigate them, promoting a safe environment for all.
  • Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily tasks, fostering independence and activity.
  • Possess a proven ability to lead and supervise others effectively, driving excellence within your team.
About You:
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is preferred but not essential; what matters most is your dedication to delivering exceptional care.
  • You must be highly organized, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work efficiently.
  • Proven leadership experience is crucial; you should be able to motivate and guide your team towards outstanding results.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes is vital; you will create and implement effective plans to enhance resident well-being.
  • You may have experience administering medication or be willing to undergo training; this role requires precision and attention to detail.
