Personal Support Worker

About the Job: We're looking for a Personal Support Worker to join our team at the Carefound Group. As a Personal Support Worker, you'll work closely with our clients to support them in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Help with household tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
- Run errands, including shopping and picking up prescriptions
- Support our clients with medication management and specialist needs
Requirements:
- A kind and caring approach to support our clients
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
Working with Us:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.20 (including paid travel time)
- Double time on bank holidays and other designated holiday days
- Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
