We are currently recruiting an experienced Adult Autism Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities:- Support individuals with acquired brain injuries in their daily lives, promoting independence and confidence.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring seamless integration into community resources.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Location: Cheshire, UK
Estimated Salary: £12.50-£14 per hour
Working Hours: Tuesday (10:00am - 14:00pm), Thursday (10:00am - 14:00pm), flexible days available for the right candidate
