About the Role

The successful candidate will provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, and mental health problems. Working in a school setting, you will deliver 1:1 support to children and young people who require additional assistance.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviours
  • De-escalation training an asset
  • Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively
  • Empathy and understanding essential
