About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with learning disabilities and health needs to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living skills, including personal care and mobility assistance
  • Encourage and empower individuals to participate in activities they enjoy, such as going to watch sports events, attending church, cooking and baking, and engaging in sensory activities
  • Administer medication and provide support with health-related needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.50, with the option to earn up to 50% of your earnings before payday through our salary advance scheme

Requirements
  • A full UK or EU driving licence (desirable)
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure (paid for by Dimensions)
  • The ability to work flexibly, including day and sleep night shifts
