About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at United Response. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide active support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Help individuals develop and maintain daily routines, including morning and evening routines.
  • Monitor and report on the wellbeing of individuals, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Requirements
  • Hold a Full UK driving licence.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Be subject to a full DBS check.
