Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at United Response. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Support individuals with evening and morning routines, ensuring their needs are met
- Monitor and report on the wellbeing of the individuals we support
- Hold a Full UK driving licence
- Be able to work weekend and bank holiday shifts, including sleep ins
- Be subject to a full DBS check
