Administrative Services Officer

We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist / Facilities Administrator to join our team at Lighthouse Personnel, where you will contribute to the successful operation of our business centre in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and communicative individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This role involves providing high levels of customer service, working effectively as a receptionist and assisting colleagues with tasks such as reporting, services administration and coordination. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and files, collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Salary: £26,000 per annum
