Role Overview
As a Customer Service Liaison Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to services within the Public Places Directorate at Chelmsford City Council. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience working with a range of computer packages and administration tasks.

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who can assist with the effective delivery of our services. You will be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries by email, letter, and phone, providing a high-quality service while demonstrating numeracy and literacy skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in similar work and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
