About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Huntress. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email and telephone. You will also ensure that safeguarding documentation is accurately prepared and sent to customers when required.

This is a full-time temporary position paying £11.44 per hour, working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The role is ongoing for around 3-4 months with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensuring safeguarding documentation is accurately prepared and sent to customers when required
• Liaising between internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining accurate records of communications and approvals using MS Excel
• Handling general administrative tasks as needed

What We Are Looking For:
• Experience in customer service and administration, with a strong ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email
• A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

We are open to anyone with customer service experience within a retail environment who has good, confident communication skills. Please note that owning transport is essential due to the company location.
