Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Chelmsford office as a Financial Planning Administration Team Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of five financial planning administrators, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Lead and manage a team of financial planning administrators based in the Chelmsford office.
  • Collaborate with financial planners to ensure clients receive personalized support and achieve their goals.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold company guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and promote business growth.
  • Assess training needs and implement plans to support team development and growth.
