Job Description

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to join a talented team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences. As a Financial Planning Administration Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of five financial planning administrators, ensuring operational excellence and delivering tailored support to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of financial planning administrators based in the Chelmsford office.
  • Collaborate with financial planners to ensure clients receive personalized support and achieve their goals.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold company guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and promote business growth.
  • Assess training needs and implement plans to support team development and growth.

  • Proven experience in client administration within the financial planning industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to develop a high-performing team.
