Job Description
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to join a talented team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences. As a Financial Planning Administration Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of five financial planning administrators, ensuring operational excellence and delivering tailored support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of financial planning administrators based in the Chelmsford office.
- Collaborate with financial planners to ensure clients receive personalized support and achieve their goals.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold company guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and promote business growth.
- Assess training needs and implement plans to support team development and growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in client administration within the financial planning industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
