About the Role
We are looking for an Office Administrator to provide exceptional customer service to our clients in Chelmsford.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity (5 days a week in the office) requiring at least 3 years of experience in an office-based customer service position.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience handling customer inquiries, providing timely responses, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Responsibilities:

- Carrying out administrative tasks
