Wholesale Sales Manager - Luxury Contemporary Womenswear Label

Fella & Jones is seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth for our luxury contemporary womenswear label.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with existing clients to maintain and develop strong relationships
  • Support the development of selling prices and strategies
  • Investigate and plan new product lines or categories to market to customers
  • Manage selling margins, taking into account direct costs
  • Oversee debt and payment terms with customers
  • Ensure timely clearance of invoices and purchase orders
  • Increase customer spend through staff training and identifying new opportunities
  • Grow customer numbers within the wholesale business while maintaining excellent service
  • Take P&L responsibility for sales, delivery, and justifying results to the Commercial Director
  • Position the brand correctly within the local and wider market in line with brand strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of the collection and brand ambition
  • Expand business by organizing regular sales meetings

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in developing relationships with Buyers and meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the UK & International fashion industry, trends, products, and competitors
  • Be a self-starter, motivated, and flexible
  • Confidently showcase and sell the collection in the showroom and on the road
  • Excellent organization, communication, and telephone skills
  • Fresh, energetic, and results-driven approach
  • Strong interest in Luxury retail industry and design

This role is ideal for a strong leader with excellent communication skills looking to join an established company with great development potential.
