Senior Sales Negotiator and Property Valuer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator and Property Valuer to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Estate Agency team, you will be responsible for building a Residential Sales department from scratch and driving business growth through effective marketing and property listing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Take the lead on building a Residential Sales department by prospecting for new business and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Book and attend market appraisals, win instructions, and build a pipeline of properties to sell.
- Upload new instructions to the system and manage a junior sales negotiator who will assist with phoning out, viewing, and general sales negotiator duties.
- Respond to emails from stakeholders, vendors, solicitors, buyers, and other parties.
- Update information within Excel Spreadsheets and Property Software.
- Answer incoming calls and source new business opportunities.
- Maintain a general diary of office admin and email the Property Database.
- Assist with various clients and employees visiting the office and maintain general housekeeping within the office.
- 5+ years' experience within Estate Agency and Residential Sales, including valuing properties and winning instructions.
- Confidence and ability to manage junior team members while exceeding targets.
- Motivation to grow the business organically with the ultimate goal of building a team around you once business levels have reached a sufficient level.
- Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work with multinational individuals.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to use various Microsoft Office programs.
- A competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 while you build the pipeline.
- A commission package will be put together once a pipeline is established, and the basic salary will reduce accordingly.
- The package will be reshaped and will be fitting of your performance levels and achievements.
- If successful, this role could progress into a Branch Management position with an appropriately revised salary package.
