Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator and Property Valuer to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building a Residential Sales department from scratch, taking the lead on prospecting for new business, and growing the sales business organically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on building a Residential Sales department by phoning out and prospecting for new business
- Book in and attend market appraisals, win instructions, and build a pipeline of properties to sell
- Upload new instructions to the system
- Phone out on properties, book viewings, and negotiate offers on properties you have listed
- Oversee a junior sales negotiator who will assist you with phoning out, viewing, and general sales negotiator duties
- Respond to emails from stakeholders, vendors, solicitors, buyers, etc.
- Update information within Excel Spreadsheets and Property Software
- Answer incoming calls
- SOURCE NEW BUSINESS
- Keep a general diary of office admin
- Email the Property Database
- Assist with various different clients/employees coming into the office
- Maintain general housekeeping within the office
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience within Estate Agency and Residential Sales, to include valuing properties and winning instructions
- Confident and capable of managing junior team members while exceeding targets
- Motivated to grow the business organically with the ultimate goal of building a team around them once business levels have reached a sufficient level
- Always willing to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and working with multinational individuals
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to use various Microsoft Office programs
What We Offer:
- £35,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary while you build the pipeline
- Once a pipeline is established, a commission package will be put together, and the basic salary will reduce appropriately - the package will be reshaped and will be fitting of your performance levels and achievements
- If successful, this role could progress into a Branch Management position, with an appropriately revised salary package
