About the Role:
We are a specialist estate agency recruitment service dealing with the placement of estate agents, letting agents, and financial services professionals into permanent positions. Our clients are a family business with a strong presence in the Residential Lettings/Property Management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phoning out and prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Booking viewings and market appraisals for residential properties.
- Phoning out on properties, booking viewings, and negotiating offers on properties.
- General sales negotiator duties, including responding to emails from stakeholders, vendors, solicitors, buyers, etc.
- Updating information within Excel spreadsheets and property software.
- Answering incoming calls and sourcing new business opportunities.
- Maintaining a general diary of office administration and emailing out the property database.
- Assisting with various clients and employees coming into the office and maintaining general housekeeping within the office.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will have 1+ years' experience within estate agency and residential sales.
- Motivated to grow the business organically and provide the highest level of customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work with multinational individuals.
- Time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to use various Microsoft Office programs.
Remuneration:
- £22,000 - £30,000 basic salary while building the pipeline.
- Once a pipeline is established, an appropriate commission package will be put together to reflect performance levels.
- Successful candidates may progress to a Branch Management position with an appropriately revised salary package.
- Company events and company pension.
