Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and building relationships with clients
  • Booking viewings and market appraisals to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals to achieve sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and buyers
  • Updating property information and managing sales pipelines using Excel spreadsheets and property software
  • Responding to emails and phone calls from stakeholders, vendors, and buyers
  • Assisting with office administration and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Estate Agency and Residential Sales
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and property software
What We Offer:
  • Competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £30,000 while building the pipeline
  • Commission package based on performance levels
