Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Booking viewings and market appraisals to showcase properties to potential buyers.
  • Negotiating offers and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Managing sales pipelines and tracking progress.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in Estate Agency and Residential Sales.
  • Proven track record of business growth and sales success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property software.
