Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator and Property Valuer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator and Property Valuer to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building a Residential Sales department from scratch, taking the lead on marketing and property listing campaigns, and growing the sales business.
Key Responsibilities:- Take the lead on building a Residential Sales department by prospecting for new business and booking market appraisals
- Win instructions, build a pipeline of properties to sell, and oversee a junior sales negotiator
- Upload new instructions to the system, phone out on properties, and negotiate offers
- Respond to emails from stakeholders, vendors, solicitors, and buyers, and update information within Excel Spreadsheets and Property Software
- Source new business, maintain a general diary of office admin, and email out the Property Database
- 5+ years' experience within Estate Agency and Residential Sales, including valuing properties and winning instructions
- Confidence and ability to manage junior team members while exceeding targets
- Motivation to grow the business organically and build a team around you
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work with multinational individuals
- Time management and organizational skills, and ability to use various Microsoft Office programs
£35,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary while building the pipeline, with a commission package to be reshaped and fitting of your performance levels and achievements. Successful candidates may progress to a Branch Management position with an appropriately revised salary package.
