Food and Beverage Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at One Great George Street. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and beverage services to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics and manage stock to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Anticipate customer needs and respond with professionalism to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Plan and execute room service, café bar operations, and events with Function Supervisors.
- Organize daily and weekly routines, delegating tasks within the café and service teams.
- Assist with events, stock management, and compliance with food allergen regulations.
- Coach and guide team members to foster a reliable and efficient service team.
- Collaborate with Front of House and kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication during events.
- Promote a respectful and team-oriented work environment.
- Recommend equipment purchases and stock levels based on business needs.
- Excellent customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality.
- MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
- NVQ/HNC or equivalent in Hospitality or Catering Management (desirable).
- WSET basic wine and spirits certificate or equivalent (desirable).
