Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage Manager, including scheduling meetings and interviews, and coordinating day-to-day activities.
- Assist with the coordination of special events and VIP inquiries.
- Analyse customer feedback and statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in food and beverage administration. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key qualifications and skills include:
- Previous experience in food and beverage administration or a related field.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
