Accor's Food and Beverage Floor Manager Opportunity
Are you a passionate foodie with a knack for innovation? We're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Floor Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for the daily operation of our restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service and profitability. Your expertise in managing food and beverage costs, upholding menu standards, and controlling inventory will be invaluable in driving our business forward.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the service of food and beverage outlets to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Maintenance to address guest needs promptly.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping to prepare for leisure events.
- Develop and implement on-going training programs to meet Brand and Service Standards.
- Induct new staff into the team, department, and Hotel, ensuring they understand Brand and Service Standards.
- Communicate effectively with staff, ensuring regular briefings and information sharing.
- Establish strategies to facilitate efficient and effective staffing to achieve financial and service quality targets.
- Create a team culture that fosters trust and responsibility to meet departmental goals.
Requirements:

- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to lead by example and set the scene for high performance.
