Technical Account Manager

Yardi is seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Global Solutions Team. As an Associate Technical Account Manager, you will provide technical support for our software solutions, resolving issues over email and phone, and collaborating closely with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support during product implementations and software upgrades.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve software issues and improve their experience.
- Work closely with the Global Solutions Team to ensure seamless support and implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- High proficiency in troubleshooting and providing remote support over email and phone.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and SQL Server.
- Previous experience in technical support and application troubleshooting.
