Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven New Business Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales and hitting targets, extensive experience in influencer marketing, and a strong network of industry connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the agency's goals and objectives.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and prioritize prospects based on their potential value to the agency.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the agency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of agency experience within new business
  • Extensive experience in influencer marketing
  • A proven track record of sales and hitting targets
  • Strong connections and a black book of contacts
