About the Role

Rytech of New Orleans is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and New Business Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Produce and copywrite all marketing content, including collateral, websites, email marketing, new business proposals, and client-facing documents.
  • Lead the social media strategy and develop new ideas to promote lead generation and drive engagement.
  • Develop and maintain our website, including content creation, wireframes, and SEO.
  • Oversee the thought leadership calendar and newsletter distribution.
  • Oversee the development and organization of case studies.
  • Regularly analyze and evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
  • Coordinate all PR activity with our PR supplier and internal team.
  • Manage the ideation, content, and logistics of all events.
  • Produce/design marketing collateral and materials.
  • Work with our HR team to ensure quality internal comms and recruitment efforts.
  • Work with teams to identify new campaign launches and potential awards.
  • Oversee award submissions and support videos.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years' experience in marketing or business development roles within the media industry.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Good understanding of the media industry, including current trends and challenges.
