Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled New Business and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will support the agency's activities around new business pitching and processes in the UK, as well as the marketing and profile raising of our offices worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the UK Growth Director in managing the London new biz pipeline document, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the latest information.
- Oversee the management of the London new business servers, maintaining all credentials, pitch documents, and procurement documents in a standardized format.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and UK Growth Director to manage the creative team's capacity planner across creative, strategy, design, and production.
- Work with the UK Growth Director to guide major new business processes, helping pitch leads schedule regular check-ins using a 10-step guide per pitch.
- Support the UK Growth Director with new business analysis, compiling data and learnings into quarterly reports for leadership.
- Update The Romans' credentials annually, writing and updating case studies throughout the year.
- Build strong relationships with key UK PR trade titles and create a consistent drumbeat of news, including new business wins, people news, and major work.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience running social media channels for a creative agency.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing workload in a pressurized environment and meeting tight deadlines.
- Professional communication skills at all times to the wider agency and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Proactive and driven, with a 'can-do' attitude.
