About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Card Factory. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key part in driving the success of our stores, delivering commercial growth, and developing a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, driving great service, people development, and standards every day.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, increase sales, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including commercial growth and team development.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Commercially minded, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience.
