KIKO MILANO is a leading cosmetics company that values customer experience and sales growth. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our new store opening at the Metro Centre.
Job Summary
The Store Manager will be responsible for driving customer experience, sales, and business performance for the store. This includes leading and coaching the staff, ensuring all procedures are managed and adhered to, and delivering business goals as defined with the Area Manager.
Main Responsibilities
People Management
- Create and maintain a high-performance work environment, motivating and retaining staff.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and support the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business results.
- Ensure all store planning and annual leave align with business needs.
- Train the team on products, make-up application techniques, and selling techniques to deliver the KIKO customer experience.
- Provide regular reviews and appraisals for direct reports in line with business goals.
Customer Experience / Business Management
- Monitor business KPIs and set follow-up action plans for the store.
- Deliver business goals as defined with the Area Manager, including customer experience, sales, and operational excellence.
- Prioritize actions for the store that have the most impact on business goals and develop a quarterly action plan.
- Complete all required training and development programs.
- Consistently monitor business KPIs, including LFL progression, conversion rate, average ticket, and stock loss.
Procedures & Policies Execution
- Ensure all stores are compliant with KIKO standards and procedures.
- Guarantee compliance with store procedures and execute the promotional calendar.
- Ensure all operational procedures are adhered to and the store is compliant.
- Regularly review procedures and address any issues in compliance with corporate policies.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of retail management experience, ideally as a Store Manager.
- Leadership and customer service skills.
- Sales and merchandising knowledge.
- Inventory management ability.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility in work hours.
- Previous new store opening experience beneficial.
