HR Administration and People Services Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administration and People Services Manager to join our team in Bedford. This is a hybrid role that requires occasional attendance at our office, with the expectation of working closely with colleagues and managers to achieve business outcomes.

You will be responsible for leading a small team of skilled HR administrators and delivering tailored and creative HR administration approaches to meet the ever-changing needs of the business.

This role involves managing the colleague lifecycle administration for a broad range of people, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and relevant people files are maintained within the HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of HR administrators
  • Develop and implement effective HR administration processes
  • Manage the colleague lifecycle administration for all employees
  • Maintain accurate and relevant people files within the HRIS system
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of using HR systems and software
