HR Administrative Support Specialist

At Bracknell Personnel Services, we are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in the UK, Europe, India and UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to provide administrative support across the full HR lifecycle, working closely with business areas to implement people strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant HR qualifications, excellent Microsoft skills, and a proven track record of delivering HR coordination services. A strong understanding of Workday is desirable, but not essential. Strong oral and written communication skills are vital, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role involves providing operational support and guidance to managers, employees, and applicants, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR records, and adhering to HR Shared Service procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating induction, liaising with new starters and line managers, developing and maintaining HR reports, and actively promoting positive staff welfare.
