Administrative Support Specialist

We are recruiting for a skilled administrator based in the UK to support our team with various duties. Our ideal candidate will have previous customer service or administration experience and be proficient in communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Booking in fire door surveys with residents
- Assisting and supporting the team through client communication on queries
- Speaking with clients and residents daily
- Reviewing and reporting on an in-house efficiency tracker
Essential Skills:
- Full UK driving license due to the location of the company
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and resilient
- Attention to detail, accurate when checking and processing information
