Administrative Project Specialist

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Project Specialist to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects across various locations in the UK. They will work closely with our project managers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, manage budgets, and maintain excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage project documentation, reports, and communications
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks
- Monitor and control project expenses
