Job Description:We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist to join our team at Resulta. As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for supporting employees and managers in HR areas like employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer health benefits, RRSP, and payroll, and support job descriptions, job ads, and compensation recommendations in alignment with pay structures.
- Provide fair resolutions for employee and manager inquiries, support HR questions, conduct investigations, manage terminations, and oversee attendance and accommodation plans.
- Assist in recruitment during high-demand periods and support the talent acquisition process as needed.
- Enhance HR practices by anticipating business needs and executing HR initiatives.
- Generate HR reports to inform decision-making and provide insights to leadership through data-driven metrics.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a relevant post-secondary education and experience;
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience;
- Experience coordinating projects, establishing policies, procedures, programs and documentation;
- Tech savvy requiring little to no support with technology and comfortable engaging with HR and other technology;
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Canadian employment law, and industry trends across multiple functional areas of human resources;
