HR Services Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Services Team Lead to join our evolving HR function at Howden Group Holdings. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in driving commercially aligned and strategic HR support to our stakeholders.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional people experiences that attract, grow, engage, and retain the very best talent, creating an environment where our people can thrive and do their best work. Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting a client-centric approach, ensuring stakeholders receive a consistent and professional experience every time.
- Effective management of daily workload and tasks through Workday and Workday Help, meeting and exceeding service and SLA expectations.
- SUPPORTING the development of a high-performing team through induction, training, one-to-ones, and objective setting.
- Maintaining accurate and legislative policy, process, letters, email templates, and documentation.
- Analyzing value-adding management information to manage workload, productivity, accuracy, and overall team performance.
- Contributing to wider projects and initiatives within HR, driving process improvements, automation, and efficiencies.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Team leader experience, with the ability to motivate and influence a team to be at their best.
- Excellent HR administration, organisational, and data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- HR Shared Services background (essential).
- Workday system experience (essential).
- A proven understanding of end-to-end HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- The ability to identify and resolve potential problems or issues and take necessary actions to prevent them from developing.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
