Job Summary

This exciting opportunity as a Sales Growth Specialist for Soft Drinks will see you join our team as part of a successful partnership. You will play a key role in driving sales of our fantastic portfolio of Britvic products, including Pepsi Max, 7Up, Lipton, Tango, Robinson's, Rockstar, and Jimmy's, by maximising brand availability and visibility in Symbol and Independent stores.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with regional sales managers to develop and execute business plans that drive sales growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, establish new business opportunities, and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to grow sales and market share in your territory.

You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and development, and provide regular updates on progress towards achieving key targets.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a proven track record in sales, preferably in convenience or FMCG. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

In addition, you should be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to problems, and have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
