Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at JobLookup. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our growth strategy within the European territories.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. They will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
The Business Development Manager will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, and will be accountable for achieving sales targets and building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a passion for business development and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Accountable for achieving sales targets and building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
5-7 years of relevant client-facing experience in sales and business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. A Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field is preferred.
