Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the guidance of teachers to implement support programs and enable access to learning for pupils.
  • Assist teachers in managing pupils and the classroom environment.
  • Carry out personal care tasks and hygiene procedures as required.
  • Follow pupils' care plans and provide individualized support.
Requirements
  • Experience working with pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex behaviors.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good physical fitness due to the active nature of the role.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
