Teaching Assistant Vacancy

Long Term Futures are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team, providing specialist support to pupils with special educational needs in a primary school setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting children with physical or learning disabilities, autism, and behavioural difficulties, and be able to adapt their approach to meet the individual needs of each pupil.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored education and support plans, monitoring and recording pupils' progress and providing regular feedback.
