Axcis Education is seeking a compassionate and patient Teaching Assistant to work with students who have complex needs, including Special Learning Difficulties (SLD) and other special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing one-to-one support and small group work for children with SLD and other SEN
  • Assisting in the development of students' educational, social, and life skills, promoting independence wherever possible
  • Managing and catering to various personal care needs, including toileting, feeding, and dressing as required
  • Creating and maintaining a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment for all students

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children with complex needs and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary of £29,500 per annum, plus benefits.
