About the Job

We are currently looking for a skilled Care Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and gain valuable experience working with individuals with complex needs.

Job Description

The successful candidate will assist a young lady with Spinal Cord Injury in various activities, promoting her independence and overall well-being. You will have full training and clinical support to develop your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
  • Participate in activities that promote mental and physical health
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements

No prior care experience is required, but you must be willing to learn, possess excellent listening skills, and demonstrate a genuine desire to make a positive impact on someone's life.
